i wrote this when i was feeling happy, so it is of signifigance.

an unattainable ideal
slipping farther away
in a storm of confusion
with metaphors abound
but moreso are hyperbolies
which morph to the mind's reality
and never seem to fade
the facade is gone
but it must return
despite its hated status
it's often easier to deny
than it is to deal
so we lie in pain
lie in denial
lie to each other
lie to ourselves
lie.
truth will come soon enough
flying on Apollo's flaming chariot
burning away the troubles
and draping the light in a halogen state
ultravoilet or ultraviolent
none can see
but all is clear
nothing will be left
nothing to fear

really doesnt sound like i was happy though.
