The Body Art.

I’m driving myself crazy over something so silly. I’m a dork.

Ok so since I can remember I've always wanted a multitude of tattoos but now I'm facing a few dilemmas.

One. Do all the tattoos blend well together?
Two. Persia White, was on the cover of a magazine and I almost died because she has a lot of things I love and thought of getting and now...I feel like damn...someone did it.
Three. I don't like colors tats but I seem to be forced to.
Four. ...never mind

I’m going to be posting pics that give an idea or resemble what I want plus explanation for them.

Color: Multi
What: Phoenix
Where: Right side of back/ribcage

The phoenix is something I have used many times in my life to get me through the hardest times and something the simply spoke to me.
This is the closet I've seen to a phoenix resembling what I want. A lot of phoenixs look like peacocks or roosters or worse yet just a nasty ball of fire in a shape of a bird...This shows the feminine connotation of the phoenix and it just a beautiful piece.

Color: Black
What: ankh
Where: chest (between boobs).

I want to fix my ankh tattoo, I want it to look more balanced not just floating there, so I was thinking of extending the ankh on the bottom part, just a little so it's has a point. Add Shadowing. I always wanted a ankh I wanted it close to my focal points. ex: neck, wrist, chest, ...

Color: Black
What: Infinity
Where: Left Wrist

I want to fix my Infinity Tattoo that I got in Colorado. I wanted to document a moment in my life where everything was changing and felt infinite. How I was meeting new people and finally coming to the end of finding myself again after Enrique, who really made me lose a sense of who I was. The journey and coming back was a circle that was necessary for me to learn and grow and when I meet new people and as I continue on my road of life my hand (when I shake hands, touch someone) will be the door to the continuation of myself and the piece of my self I leave and the piece I take from those I meet. Need to retouch it and design something for it.

Color: Light Blue.
What: Geometrical Flower
Where: Right Inner Forearm
At Bonnaroo, while tripping and running around. I envisioned myself a year from now. I saw a all blue ink piece on my right forearm.
I want it to be round, and flowery looking. The inside I want it to be geometrical and the outside more flowery, the coming together and balance of Urban, industrialization, and all things symmetrical (calculated) with nature, the unpredictable, beautiful flowing coming together at peace within me and my life.

Color: Black
What: Three solid black arm bands.(top one thicker then the other two)
Where: Right Upper Arm about elbow
The black symbolize darkness breaking before the balance. Persia White also has a similar design so I'm saddened. I can't find a decent pic of her flower and bars only the bars, I think she has a myspace but I can't get to it so if you care enough look it up the magazine I saw covering her story had great pics. I'm getting the round flower like thing anyway I have someone designing it for me already.

It doesn’t look like anyone of these but the images brought the image in my head to clearer state, and they are shapes I would love to see on me. I love swirls.
I envisioned this along with other things but we are on the subject of tattoos.

Color: Black.
What: Two solid black rings
Where: Ankle(s)
I wanted to also get two solid black rings on my right leg by my ankle. It's a piece though it's simple would mean a lot to me because my ankles are two wide for anklets or they just always bothered me and I’m self-conscious of my legs because they are thick. So me getting that tattooed means, how I've over come my insecurities and blossomed from my faults and imperfections. Unwilling to let it shape me. (Right leg= Strong footing.)

Color: Black.
What: Undetermined
Where: Wrist
A piece on my right wrist,...this isn't thought out very well, but I feel naked with one wrist tattooed and the other bare, I was thinking of getting the same thing or I have a few ideas in mind, swirls. pretty.

Color: Black
What: Black Arch/Drip into symbol
Where: Spine
.Leo(an ex, and now distant friend) once drew on my back an Egyptian piece. It was a ankh in a black arch, the arch "dripped" down my spine so I would have a solid black line coming from the arch down my back and there was a eye of horus somewhere in between. I hard to remember it was a long time ago but I loved the idea. I just want it a bit different. I would like to design it so there’s a smaller arch or shape on the top that drips down my back into un-chosen symbol on my lower back. I hate lower back for myself for some reason .tattoo but I would love it if it was a continuation of a long flowing line.

Color: Black:
What: “From the Ashes to the Stars”
Where: Near the Phoenix …unsure.

Color: Black
What: My phoenix symbol
Where: By the phoenix tail or on my shoulder.

Problems...all of my tattoos are mostly on the right side of my body...except for the ankh and the infinity symbol.

The phoenix is big, and colorful. I haven't thought of anything to balance it out on my back will look one sided, will it look too crowded with the center or too divided. Not sure how I'm going to incorporate that in there. The symbol I would have gotten at the end of the drip would have been a ankh but I already have an ankh so I’m kind of lost now and don't like how the drip and the phoenix look together in my head. so it feels like a you have to choose one or the other in my head....confused. I guess if I have someone design the line with the phoenix in mind so it works together.

I don't want to get the black bars because...dude my right arm would be a copy of Persia white. go look at it...it too similar for comfort. sigh. She even has the stupid drip thing going on only she has a cross and I don't likey the cross icky but anyway.

I need to balance my tattoo out a bit. Maybe I'll get rings on both my ankles.

Ok I want your opinion and thoughts!!!.

Piercings.

With piercings I'm pretty much done. All I wanted to get was one conch piercing.
