I don't sleep all that much compared to a lot of people. I tend to go to bed late (by choice) and wake up early (by necessity). Eventually, I start to lag and I usually need a good "sleep-in" to recharge my batteries and then I am right back in the sleepless saddle... whee ( Read more... )
