Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1) Playing Go (against the computer or online if no one is about)
2) Listening to music, typically of the poppish punk variety (sometimes in conjunction with #4)
3) reading a good book, whether it be fiction, game strategy, or whatnot.
4) Pacing (I know it seems like a nervous habit, but it makes be burn off the anxiety energy)
5) Relaxation (nothing beats just sprawling out and being lazy some days
