It is weird how being disoriented with illness makes me conflate memories with the present, old emotions with fresh ones.

Also, sorry I've been all disjointed and distant and crabby lately. It's pretty much all the sore throat talking.

This sore throat had better not get any worse. I have too much to do this weekend to be bed-ridden with tonsils the size of my fist. To the health center I go!

In other news, it's finally Thursday, aka the best day of the week (at least the school week, anyway). Thank goodness for Thursdays.

well hurrah and what-ho and shiver me timbers. it's strep throat, come to have a stay in my tonsil-areas again.

you'd think, after all the cases of strep i've had, we'd be the best of friends by now. clearly not. gah.

So begins the fourth day of Amy-is-sick-AGAIN.

Fucking throat. I got antibiotics on Tuesday, and since getting the meds I've only felt worse. I slept for about 18 hours yesterday, but I'm still exhausted and feverish. So hurrah for that.
