Holiday wishes
Well, my bags are packed......but i'm not quite ready to go. Right now I'm procrastinating on doing the mundane stuff now.....like dishes and trash. I procrastinated on packing too, but i didn't feel rushed and I don't think I've forgotten anything. I've not quite known what to do with myself.....I haven't had a day off since Dad died, so it was weird to not have to be somewhere. I slept in, ate leftovers when I woke up, and started packing.
Wow.....Deja vu.......seriously.......totally weird.....anyway......
Last night was awesome (with the exception of the problems with Yomiko's car). We exchanged gifts, ate yummy food (if I do say so myself), and watched Christmas movies and specials. Mechaman fixed his Egg-nog, but I don't have too much of a taste for Whiskey. Instead, I tried the new Mint Chocolate Bailey's in my coffee.....it was sooooo good. I highly recommend it to anyone.
We won't be leaving until later this evening, but I wanted to drop a line and tell everyone that I wish them Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays in general, just in case there's not internet access on the boat (I know some cruises do have it.....don't ask how I know, I can't tell you). Enjoy this time with your family, friends, friends that are family, and anyone else special and important to you.
