well, tv-links was shut down, so no more free buffy episodes. :( and i only had one more episode before i was completely done with season two. damnit.
i'm contemplating starting a blog, one that family and non-lj friends could read. i would talk about my life in isla vista, and then continue it in south africa, so i could have something to look back on when i'm in south africa. any idea for a title? i don't want the title to be africa-related, since i'll probably continue it when i get back. something vague yet also relating to me or my personality in some way.
speaking of south africa, they beat england for the rugby world cup! cool.
i watched "hellraiser" on amc tonight, as part of their halloween marathon. it was just as weird as the first time i saw it. i'm not sure i liked it. that freaking bird thing at the end? what? maybe it explains in the sequels, but do i really want to sit through them to find out?
some people are starting a unitarian universalist group on campus, and they contacted me on facebook to be a part of it, so i've been to a couple meetings. i can't contribute much since i'll be leaving next quarter. it's too bad. the people seem cool, and they have some good ideas. it makes me want to be more involved in uu when i get back from south africa. i wish i'd gotten involved more during my time here. it's so weird to think about...i only have a couple months left here. craaaazy.
