Looking for AU fic, Sirius beyond the veil
Hi!
I was wondering if someone could help me find a fic I read a few years ago that I loved. I can't remember the title or who wrote it, but I remember the basic plot:
During OotP, Sirius falls through the veil and finds himself back in time sitting with James and Lily and Dumbledore when they're deciding who to make the Secret Keeper. Sirius says that Peter is the traitor, and I think he becomes the Secret Keeper. Then he leaves the country and Remus gets captured by Death Eaters (and maybe defeats Voldemort?) Anyways, Sirius comes back and at this time he and Remus are just friends. Sirius dates the nurse who helped Remus in St. Mungo's and then at a bar Remus almost tells Sirius that he has feelings for him but doesn't because the girl comes up. But then Sirius starts to develop feelings for Remus, but doesn't tell him untll Harry's 2nd birthday. They're together for about 10 years, but then Sirius gets sent back through the veil to the original plot line, showing up at 12 Grimmauld to Remus's surprise, since he's been gone a while. Eventually Sirius tells Remus that he was with him in this other world and asks him if he feels the same way.
I know that's a lot of plot description, but I really hope someone can help me find the fic based on it! Thanks so much! :-)
