Sort of a five times he didn't... fic

Okay, I'm stuck here. It's a Remus/Sirius and in it, Remus is dreaming, but it's a bit like one of those five and 1 types, except the author doesn't describe it that way. This is one of those fics that I know so well, and yet everything I remember doesn't help me find it. I went through the tags (a grueling, herculean task) and I haven't seen it so here is what I remember:
Remus is dreaming. In one dream, Harry floos into his house as he's reading the paper -- there's a headline about someone seeing Sirius --- and Harry says that the veil isn't really a death lint, it's a portal and isn't strange that people thought it killed wizards? (not the exact wording, no.) So they have a plan to break him out of Azkaban. I think there's another, when they're in the Shrieking Shack, and they realize they don't have to make anymore mistakes and they run away together. There's another dream, the last one, where it's not a dream. Where he wakes up and reaches across the bed for Sirius, but there is only empty space. There's just this build up of him having these four or five different dreams, each of them more real and more compelling than the next, only for him to wake up alone.
It's a beautiful, lyrical work and it is driving me to despair that I can remember it but not find it. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it greatly. Even if my description isn't exactly what you're thinking of, it just might be that fic. I don't know what y'all would want in terms of bribery, though. So, ask and you shall receive.
