Things are going along very well. I did hear back from the bank's lawyers on Wednesday and discovered the amount to reinstate my mortgage will include the amount I owe to the bank plus the fees and expenses incurred by the lawyers. I'll be sending email to my lawyer right after posting this to have him open up dialog with them about reducing those ( Read more... )

On the good side, I received the official offer letter from Capella University to start my temporary assignment there. I'll four to eight weeks of work there. My take-home pay from eight weeks worth would be equivalent to three mortgage payments. I'll be working hard to make sure they like me and my work as well as looking for additional ( Read more... )
