Having just installed KDE 4 for Windows I was looking forward to running it. Then I found out there is no desktop application in the Windows build (either that or I am too stupid to find it, but the documentation doesn't mention any). Gmail and Outlook used to play together very nicely. Before the last time I formatted this computer, I had configured several Gmail accounts in Outlook (and on other computers, too). It took some tweaking but it worked eventually. This time I simply could not get POP3 for Gmail and Outlook to work. Lesson learnt: POP3 is a waste of time, but IMAP ( Read more... )
