Hey Americans (or anyone else who has info), could you point me in the direction of sources which detail rational arguments against a public health care option?

I'm trying to make sense of what is going on, and all I read of the contra-side makes me go OMG YOU ARE ALL INSANE.

This year we have a so-called "Super Election Year". There are regional elections, state elections, we get a new (or old) chancellor, and we vote for the EU parliament. Oh, and a new German president, but who cares.
