I caught one of my suitemates my sophmore year of undergraduate trying to hide enough marijuana to fill a shoebox in my subwoofer- this was just one of many incidents- if he suddenly up and disappeared I would have shed no tears- and taken the automatic 4.0 if such was the case :)

I had two choices, I could call campus police on him non-anonymously, and POSSIBLY be expelled along with him (yes, they were that anal about it), but the rest of the semester would have been a living hell as he was good friends with my (generally very decent) roommate.

or, I could have called it in anonymously, and probably been expelled. Campus Police show no mercy, and generally don't give a shit.
