seeking recommendation
Can anyone recommend a good academic writing guide for grad students that is:
--less geared towards grammar, and more towards the finer points of constructing and organizing arguments, theses, dissertations
--open to more creative/innovative forms of academic writing
--geared towards literature and humanities writing
Hope that's not too tall of an order! I feel like I've been ground through the mill of formulaic undergraduate essay writing, and now that I've encountered so much elegant, sexy, edgy academic writing, I want some strategies for connecting my argumentative/analytical abilities to my creative writing abilities.
