I have an interview tomorrow with the president and vice president of a community college with branches in a few locations in central Alabama. The job opening is for a full-time English Instructor position in the Communications department. The department houses English, journalism, and speech, all of which are in my background.
My question here is about questions: what sort of questions should I expect *from* them? and what sort of questions should I ask *of* them? For those of you who have taught at two year colleges, is there anything you wish you had known going into the process?
