A/N: These are some fills I did, and I have the prompt with the fandom (although there was one I couldn't find prompt # for), but I'll try to get a few more done before the challenge is done.
Prompt #1: A lost treasure - Found (Rune Factory 4)
She looks at the sky and laughs as her hand curls around her longsword.
She thinks about how the beast she’s defeated is finally down, and she thinks about the new person she’ll have with her.
Frey helps Forte hold him up as they leave the Water Ruins to take him to Jones.
Prompt #2: Spare change, clothes, or tire - your pick! (Prince of Tennis)
He snarls at his so-called best friend, angered beyond belief at his gall to laugh at him.
He hates that he’s dressed like this just because an asshole poured his drink all over him (and his friend wisely points out at least it’s only sticky and not disgusting like vomit or urine.)
But that doesn’t stop the snickering from the others as he tries his best to tug down these too short shorts that are riding up.
Prompt #3: Acting on Instinct (Rune Factory 4)
He kicked out at his assailant, hoping to knock them down and to get away from their swords and spears. He hoped that it would be enough to dissuade them from attacking him anymore. (He forgot the time before he was this monster.)
Prompt #?: I have something to tell you.... (Original)
She looks down at the test in her hands, still shocked by the result that it reflects.
It’s too early for her to tell him this, but she knows that if she doesn’t show him now, she may never work up the nerve to ever show him until he hears it from someone else-or she blurts it out in an inappropriate situation.
Hesitantly, she raises her hand to knock as his door.
Prompt #4: Déjà vu (Rune Factory 4)
This feeling of loneliness felt familiar, a stab in the heart, as he realized that this was like when his parents died.
He might be alone in the Forest of Beginnings physically, but he always felt alone in Selphia, even if there were other people there.
Kiel settled himself down-there was nothing here to do, except to exist.
Prompt #5: change of heart (Rune Factory 4)
He doesn’t understand why he believes her, when everything she says shatters his own beliefs so thoroughly, but he places his trust in her.
It’s when the rune sphere leaves his hand that the realization of what his action means hits him.
He hopes, against the him that wants revenge for the death of his family (of his village), that she proves him wrong and returns happier than ever.
Prompt #6: Your characters are introduced to each other at a party by a mutual friend. They actually know each other quite well, but don’t acknowledge it. Then the mutual friend steps away... (Rune Factory 4)
They looked at each other briefly-not even a second long glance-before staring at their friend, Margaret, who sighed to herself before walking away (storming, if you asked anyone but her) in frustration that her two friends didn’t seem to want to get to know each other.
Frey and Dylas stared at each other for a few seconds before she broke down with laughter-she didn’t think Dylas would pick up on the little prank she wanted to play on Margaret, but he did, and the result was funnier than she thought considering that Margaret was trying to set her up with Dylas, who was more like a brother than a potential lover (disregarding the fact that he was gay.)
She grinned at him, and said, “So, introduce me to that blue-haired ‘butler’ who stole your heart.’”
Prompt #7: Winning Ways (Prince of Tennis)
She smiles at him as innocently as she can, and she can see in the corner of her eye that Yanagi-senpai is about to join her in laughing at him once he realizes that she’s been teaching him English correctly, but she’s been teaching him phrases he shouldn’t say to people he’s just met.
Ayame still does not know why Akaya thinks she’s a good tutor when the English she knows comes from her heritage-her mother being from American and being certain to speak both English and Japanese at home-but she’s tutoring him because she thinks it’s funny to hear him get frustrated as she teaches him phrases beyond his level of comprehension.
As she sees the realization dawn, she smirks up at him, and says, “Now you know not to touch anything that is mine.”
Prompt #8: Don't Panic (Rune Factory 4)
Kiel stood before a pupa, and he couldn’t help but to shake as he felt pure, unadulterated fear. But he couldn’t let the monster before him know that they had him outclassed and outpowered.
He readied his weapon before he charged at the pupa-it was better than standing there and letting this monster win without doing anything.
Prompt #9: All that Glitters (Prince of Tennis)
She groans as she tugs at her hair, still finding glitter spilling out from there despite the two showers and the lint roller (she’s desperate, okay) she’s taken to remove as much of it as possible so that she won’t wake up with glitter all around her.
Her friends are dicks, especially the two assholes who poured glitter over her head, leading her to that predicament that has her hair sparkling in any light-and she knows that she’ll get that prankster and his boyfriend back somehow.
But first, before she can put her plan into action, she has to find a way to get all this fucking glitter out of her hair that does not include vacuuming her hair (and she hopes she won’t get to that point of desperation.)
Prompt #10: Oh… I’ve heard of you. (Rune Factory 4)
Leon smirked at her as she landed with Ventuswill from the Forest of Beginnings, where she had rescued him from. She was as interesting as he thought her to be from that brief moment they talked-before she sent him out of his prison for the past few centuries, from what he’s seeing. His eyes gleamed with mischief as he decided to tease her a little bit about all the stories he’s heard about her-both venturing through the nearby areas and unintentionally saving the Guardians, and her falling from the sky onto Ventuswill.
Prompt #12: Old Voicemail (Prince of Tennis)
He groans as she smiles at him innocently, playing his message conveying his desperation for learning English and passing the class back when they were in eighth grade-the way his voice sounds pitiful makes him flush as he remembers the embarrassment of needing help and nearly failing that year.
“Delete it,” he hisses at her, but she smiles back at him like the devil, eyes gleaming with her mirth as she realizes how embarrassed and annoyed he is by her keeping that god-awful message he left her.
“Nah, I think I’ll keep it.”
Prompt #13: Otherworldly (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon)
Raichu remembered the time she was a weak Pikachu, stuck with the weak electric-type move, Thundershock.
But, despite that, it was amazing when she was able to use Thundershock because she was a human before that day, and she was able to use a Pokemon move.
She shook her head as she got ready to go out for another mission-she and Typhlosion were now one of the best rescue teams, a far cry from where they had started not so long ago.
Prompt #15: Saying goodbye (Pokemon)
She lingered behind him, staring at his back as she realized that she would have to break his heart, and she didn’t know how she could do that.
It was the opportunity of a lifetime, and she knew she had to accept it-would regret it and resent him if she didn’t-but she also didn’t want to leave her life behind for a maybe; she didn’t know if she could give up this safety she had for this opportunity.
“N, we need to talk.”
Prompt #16: On a Hunt (Warriors)
Her paws quietly slid over the ground, stalking closer and closer to her target.
She lowered herself closer to the ground.
And then she pounced.
Prompt #18: Forced to call in some favors (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon)
While Raichu didn’t want to ask them, of all the rescue teams, to help out in the upcoming dungeon, she knew that having their help would be better than nothing-she had no choice, as all the other rescue teams they knew could not help them out with this dungeon for various reasons.
Raichu knew Gengar would be willing to help, if she reminded him that her team (with Typhlosion) helped him out with his solo mission of getting Gardevoir back, for whatever reason he had a change of heart.
Team Meanies weren’t friends, despite what Typhlosion would want, and she heavily disliked them, but she was willing to hold her anger back if they could provide the type of back-up they needed.
Prompt #19: Sunrise (Vocaloids)
Megumi, or Gumi as she liked to be called, sighed as she stared at the battlefield. It was hard to handle the destruction, but she knew it had to be done before their country fell into chaos. And, as sure as anything else, she felt the warmth of the sun rising upon this massacre that occurred.
Prompt #21: Missing (Stardew Valley)
Matt started to frantically run around his farm as he realized that one of his chickens wasn’t in the barn, and he didn’t want to leave her outside for her to be attacked and killed by a wild animal.
Not only would it be expensive for him to replace a chicken-especially one killed due to his negligence-but he would also feel guilty if he didn’t find her until the next morning, where there could be nothing but her mangled body.
Maybe it was luck or his pet was smart, but his cat was also out on the farm, and he saw his cat chasing the chicken right towards him, and he easily caught her and returned her to the chicken coop.
