Title: Lesson Romeo
Rating: PG
Pairing: Yonehara Kousuke (Hamlet/Romeo) x Kamiyama Ryuji (Romeo/Ikki)
Summary: Ryuji is upset that Kenken isn't able to be Ikki in the AG Myu SRR and Kenken isn't there to help Ryuji be Ikki, either. Then, Kousuke asks for Ryuji's help but all Ryuji can think about is Kenken.

Kamiyama Ryuji had every right in the world to be angry at Kamakari Kenta. It was supposed to be their best performance; the Air Gear Musical Super Range Remix. They were going to be the perfect pair; Romeo and Ikki. But the unfortunate only happens to the best and Kenken was the best. That dream would only stay a dream with Kenken in the hospital and Romeo, now, Ikki. Only if Kenken knew he would be hospitalized, things might have been better. Ryuji may have been the perfect Ikki, but not without Kenken’s help. And without Kenken’s help, Ryuji was left off alone. Ryuji knew how to forgive and never could he stay mad at Kenken. Though, he would never be able to be like Kenken, who turned is back on Ikki. Ryuji was Romeo, no, Ryuji is Ikki, but turning his back on Romeo was something not to be done. Romeo was perfect…Almost as perfect as Ikki.

Ryuji took off his rollerblades placing them beside him as he stared off into the sky. He was thinking about Kenken, Ryuji never stopped thinking about him. Looking to his side, he paused as he watched Yonehara Kousuke practicing with his former team, Team Bacchus. They seemed to be having so much fun and Ryuji missed that. But that was Ryuji’s excuse, he missed being with Run & Gun, especially Kousuke.

“Oi, Ikki, you look lonely,” Kousuke sat beside Ryuji.

“No, just bored. Trying to see what’s so interesting about staring at the sky.” Smiling, Ryuji teased at one of Kousuke’s hobbies.

“Ha.” Kousuke hit Ryuji across the head lightly. “Hey, Romeo, want to help me out with somethings.”

“Romeo? Where?” Ryuji looked around frantically.

“Here.” Kousuke hit Ryuji again then stood up. “Oh, that’s right. Because staring at people is apparently better than looking at the sky.”

Grabbing Kousuke’s hand, Ryuji pulled himself up. “But the sky is beautiful.”

“Yeah,” Touching his hair, Kousuke muttered, “And so are some certain people.”

“What was that?” Ryuji started to walk off in a direction.

“Help me be Romeo.” Kousuke improvised hoping Ryuji didn’t hear him. “I want to be as good of a Romeo as you were.”

Shaking his head, Ryuji laughed. “I am Romeo, Kousuke. But I can teach you.” Holding up three fingers, he grinned. “There are three things about Romeo. One, Romeo doesn’t make mistakes on stage, especially when he’s center stage.” Ryuji patted Kousuke on the shoulder as he recalled a scene from the Air Gear Musical. Hamlet and Macbeth were beating up Kazu and Onigiri in that scene; just the four of them. And in attempt to finish them off, Kousuke ended up falling backwards flat on his butt after punching. “Two, Romeo is the best and knows he is. So act like it.” Turning Kousuke to face Team Bacchus, Ryuji pointed at Matsumoto Hiroya, “Three. Romeo loves his Juliet. Treat him right.”

“Oh, thanks, Ryuji.” Kousuke laughed. “Has Kenken helped you at all?” Ryuji froze at the sound of Kenken’s name. He shook his head, almost unnoticeable. His anger was built up inside of him; he couldn’t stand hearing Kenken’s name, especially with a question such as that. It was unfair and Ryuji hated Kenken for that. “Ryuji, let me take you out tonight. If you want that is…” Kousuke looked down at his feet and waited for an answer.

“Is he asking me out on a date?” Ryuji thought to himself then smiled. “Sure, I’d love to go with you, Ken-ken.”

“Oh, really?” Kousuke bit his lip. “I’m sure Kenken would love to take you, too.” Turning around he walked away holding tightly to his own hands. He turned his head to look at Ryuji. “I have a lesson for you, too, Ryuji. If you can’t stop thinking about your boyfriend, then go visit him in the hospital and don’t bother me with your frivolous thoughts.”

Touching his lips with a finger, Ryuji watched Kousuke run off. He knew Kousuke gets angered easily, but he had no reason to get mad at Ryuji’s little slip-up; Ryuji thought at least. “Kousuke, wait!” Catching up to Kousuke, Ryuji grabbed his shoulder turning him around. “I have three more things you need to know about Romeo.” Panting lightly, Ryuji held on to Kousuke’s shoulders. “One. Romeo and Ikki were supposed to make the perfect musical together, but Ikki left him, and has disappointed Romeo. So, that’s the only thing Romeo wants. Is the perfect musical, not Ikki. Two. Romeo lives for love, but not Juliet. Three. Romeo loves Hamlet, so, Hamlet, don’t mistake him for otherwise.”

Kousuke looked up at Ryuji placing his hand on Ryuji’s cheek. “I have three tips for you, Ryuji. One. Hamlet loves Romeo, too. Two, but not as much as Kousuke loves Ryuji. Three,” Kousuke pulled Ryuji’s head down passionately kissing him.

-END-

((In my the begining, I hope no one took the "It's Kenken's fault that he wasn't in the SRR and couldn't help Ryuji" stuff offensivly, because it's just Ryuji's point of view. I'm not blaming anything on Kenken, sorry if you thought I did though!))
