how do you know if you are having a panic attack? i really need to know... cuz im panicking majorly about this orgo test... i have tried to write down all the reactions and mechanisms but i cant keep them straight and i cant synthesis anything and im gonna fail and have to retake the class and i cant do that because i need to work all summer and i have no more money and no grade has ever mattered this much. im averging 7 outta 20 on the quizzes, im even going to class now and i think i have it but then i cant apply it liek with the problem sets online that i have been doing for three hours and have only gotten through 1.5 outta 3 and i have to get ready for work at 5:30am and i havent even started my calc cheat sheet and i dont have time to make one and do orgo or make one and dont do orgo. oh my god, im gonna fail out of college and have to live in battle creek forever and work at subway and lose all my teeth and i cant do that cuz i need to do forensic science and get out of that hell hole and i need a passing grade and im gonna fail...

ok, deep breath... breath... omg... breath... fuck... im screwed...
