I'm back
I'm so glad livejournal kept my account despite my years-long absence from the site. I think I'm going to start re-reading all my old entries, to see what messages I may have left for my present (future?) self. If I'm good, I'll start posting regularly again.
A lot has changed since I stopped posting here. I'm in another hemisphere for one thing; literally as far away from kingston as you could possibly get, shy of going into orbit! But I won't get into too many details right now. I don't even know if anyone is going to read this!
I'll end this with a poem I wrote last night:
my engine revs like a samurai sword
barking past, and howling out of sight
in my armour I am transformed
into a creature of the night
