Whew
Just got done watching Life as a House... possibly my favorite movie ever. It's got everything I need in it, it's just the best :) It was nice for the first time in a few days to be able to relax. Last night I was up until two in the morning working on a paper, and then I couldn't even fall asleep until past three. It SUCKED. So I had to get up kind of early (for a Monday) and write the rest of my paper, which is really a piece of shit. Seriously, in eight hours on Sunday night I could only manage to write three pages - not good. I just found it really hard to concentrate, I don't know why really. But today was fine, classes were fine, got to take a nap after class, worked out, just did what I wanted for the rest of the day. I have to get to work on my American Politics paper soon, and start on my Who's Who for COM. It's all going to be madness... but it shouldn't be too bad leading up to Thanksgiving now that I have two of three papers out of the way. We shall see. 14 more days now, technically until I get to go home :) It really can't come soon enough, I'm looking forward to it so much. There's so much I want to do, and so little time. Luckily after Thanksgiving we have less than a month (close to just three weeks) before Christmas break. Now THAT is going to be awesome! So at least tonight ended on a good note. Oh, and funny story. My dad and sister were in Chicago on Sunday to see the SOFA show, and they went shopping. My dad left me a message on my phone that he saw the lead singer of Green Day at H&M! I thought that was so funny, that he would know it was him (later I found out people were all abuzz, so that's probably how he knew) and that he would call me. Oh Billie Joe Armstrong... that would've been pretty cool. Anyway, pretty tired - early classes tomorrow. Hopefully I can get myself to start on the research for COM and Am. Politics.. I have a lot of reading to catch up on too. I'll do what I can, plus no class on Thursday! Sweet! And I'm off to bed. Peace.
