Le Fours, awexome and infuriating.
First and foremost.. whomever it is on our block that has quite a cache of m80s, I'd love to see arrested and incarcerated. No less than ten times, did the detonations set off car alarms up and down the street in addition to reducing the dogs to fearful covering for several hours straight. There is nothing wrong with fireworks, bottle rockets, etc. But aside from m80s being illegal, they do sound like gunshots. Today the fireworks and such have been going off since about noon.. no big deal and nothing out of the ordinary for the Fourth of July. The neighbours next door are having a child's birthday party.. they even had a pinata. When the first of the series of m80s that have been going off all evening detonated, the air was full of children screaming & crying and dogs barking & shivering from fright.
