Deep Freeze for the Satan Guy
Oh! Sweet mercy. I have seen the light and like a good soldier am succumbing to the bonds of unholy matricide...wait!?!? I mean holy matrimony...no, actually just matrimony. I'm getting married, ok. Is that plain enough for you? Also, for those of you who don't know, I'm getting married on December 29th. If you want an announcement sent to you send your address to backwardsfromzero@hotmail.com and I will be happy to send one in honor of this weird and inexplicable occasion. Please reserve any "Are you sure?"/s and "Is this because of the baby?"/s for someone who gives a shit. I did enough of that to myself before admitting that yes, I do, in fact, wish to submit to marriage with my soon to be wife Danielle Guffey.
Some of you who have known me know that I do not believe in marriage. Nothing has changed. The institute of marriage as viewed by the government and eyes of the church continues to mean nothing to me and the formalities I'm begrudgingly submitting to frustrate me endlessly, but I have always also said that I will not deny someone I love of something they so long for. Thus...well, you know.
On a side note, I'm having a little girl. Due date is March 19th. Possible names are Dalia, Mazikeen (Mazi), Kaliope (Calliope), Daphne or Loraine. Give me some response if you feel the need. I don't mind.
Finally I'll leave you with this.
A while back when I worked for the BP Oil Corp. (sounds better than when I was a gas station attendant) I was unloading Coca-cola crates. I nearly jumped out of my skin when I laid my eyes on a mysterious goat-head drawing with red eyes and a pentagram etched into its skulltucked under one of the crates. Turned out to be a chick pamphlet with a cartoon message about how Masons are devil-worshipers. I will now include the site where you can view this popular Christian propaganda at your leisure. I hope you get as big a kick out of them as I do. Honorary Mention to the ones entitled "The Death Cookie" (about the evils of catholic idolatry) and "Dark Dungeons" (which describes Dungeons and Dragons as a recruitment source for witch covens).
