It's not a crime to cry for someone else's family. It's a sign of respect and love, even though you might not have known them long. ^_^ Just let it out.

The whole funeral ritual and all the stuff you went through sounds quite interesting. I'm sure it would be interesting to see and watch but also quite sad seeing as someone died x_x

But I'd like to also mention that this morning when my host mother was leaving for work she actually told me she was leaving...when my host family members tell me these kinds of things I know that all is alright. Being here for so long you pick up on odd things like this, haha.
Like I said, it was the tourist/foreignor in me that made me curious about the whole funeral thing too. =)

and the whole funeral thing is pretty neat what with all the things they do. It just seems so different from here.
