Never too late to prepare for the zombie apocalypse!

It goes without saying that, when the dead rise, you're gonna have to be fast and strong, or you're so much zombie-chow, right? However, many trainers (dating all the way back to the Romans, in fact) will tell you that the best way to train is by doing what you're training for. Given the lack of ambulatory corpses, this does pose just a bit of a problem. However, never fear, the Zombie Attack Preparedness workout is here! Based in part on CrossFit principles, it's a 21-minute workout designed to train you in the tasks you'll need for The Day Of The Living Dead (tm and (c) by George Romero, all rights reserved, etc.), including Waving For Help, Swinging a Baseball Bat, and even Hiding and Resting.
