JEFF: Your announcement quota is up for the rest of term?

ABED: You're secretly an alien in disguise sent by your people to study us!
SHIRLEY: Why would they want to study us?
ABED: To find out if we would make appropriate vessels in which to carry their deadly offspring.
TROY: I TOLD you not to talk about that! You know I can't handle the things inside my body thing. I get nightmares, Abed.
ABED: Sorry.
BRITTA: What's your announcement, Annie?
JEFF: Diversion diverted.
PIERCE: Huzzah!
ANNIE: I invited my friend, Cecily to come study with us. She's in my math class, and she's really nice! She wants to get into Anthropology for this next term.
TROY: Sessily. (sounding out) Seeeehh-siiiilllll-leeeeeeee. Sounds hot.
ABED: Sizzling.
TROY: BAR. B. Q!
TROY and ABED do their "handshake".
TROY: I'm really hungry now.
PIERCE: Huzzah!
JEFF: Pierce, what is going on?
PIERCE: I'm only agreeing with my black friend, Troy.
TROY: Do you have to use that description before you say my name?
PIERCE: It's true.
SHIRLEY: It's obvious.
PIERCE: Exactly.
ANNIE: Guys! Back here for just a second.
JEFF: You just won't be shaken from the original topic, will you?
ANNIE: Well, it's Cecily's birthday too -
SHIRLEY: That's nice!
BRITTA: Wait. What have you already planned that includes us, Annie?
ANNIE: (pouting) Nothing! Cecily doesn't have a lot of friends here yet -
TROY: (grinning) I'll be her friend.
JEFF: Her black friend?
ANNIE: I thought we could meet her after classes today and -
JEFF: Annie, we'll go. I'm going to cut it all short and just agree to meet your friend because we all know that if we refuse, you'll make that Disney Princess Pout face and guilt us all into doing what you want anyway. So, we will all go meet this person and wish her a happy birthday because you said she's nice.
ANNIE: Cecily.
JEFF: Cecily (to Troy and Abed) That does sound hot.
