I dreamed I was eating nachos when I woke up this morning. Crunchy. Now I have that ABC song that Captain Picard sings in my head.
A...gee, you're adorable
B you're so beautiful
C you're a cutie full of charm.
D you're a darling and
E you're exciting and
F you're a feather in my arms...
And speaking of Captain Picard I got home in time yesterday to watch Starship Mine TNG episode where Picard proves his awesomeness while being very sexy in his civillian clothes and horse riding pants and boots! Very, very nice. I know I've talked about this before...
X3 is out on DVD. They were showing X2 on TV yesterday to sort of celebrate the release while they showed clips from X3. I'd like to get that on DVD for the main purpose of completing my X-Men DVD collection seeing as how they're saying they're not going to make anymore, which is probably a good thing. Hugh Jackman making a Wolverine film seems to be pushing it a little seeing as how he's going to be 38 next week.
I said that to Mom and she just said "I'd love to be 38..." *shrugs* lol
But they were showing clips from X3 and I just got irritated all over again. That film had SO much potential to be a good film and they freaking screwed it up, as I knew they would. Kudos to Famke Janssen though, I really liked how she played the sort of split personality thing (although that's not really what it was.) and of course Hugh was fabulous what with the script he had to deal with, and the very little of Patrick Stewart I very much enjoyed. (pooheads.) But there was too much Halley Berry in the film, too much useless stuff going on when there could have been more plot...and I don't believe that even Magneto would have been that stupid. He's arrogant, yes, but not stupid.
Anyway...I'd still like to get it regardless. I'm quite afraid of those 10 deleted scenes they've been advertising though. The script must truly suck in those parts.
Oh yes, I do enjoy eating my lunch in my car where I can write and just rest a little without annoying TV and annoying gossiping discussions going on around me. Even when it gets into winter and it'll be too cold for me to sit in my car I'm going to get in my car and drive to the mall or somwhere where I can sit down and noone will bug me.
Now, let us hope that I shall have some things to do at work today to at least get me through the morning for I now must scram.
