Thank you for the opportunity to consider your application for an
Academic Year Internship at the Corcoran Gallery of Art. Laura Coyle,
Curator of European Art, was very impressed with your application.
However, our small museum is having a serious issue locating appropriate
work space for interns.
There are a couple of options: we could attempt to arrange a part-time
internship now, or you could reapply for our full-time summer program
(June 15 to August 15). If selected for the summer program, you would
have the opportunity to work on the upcoming Joan of Arc exhibition -- a
wonderful opportunity for some one with an interest in Art History and
Religion. Please let me know how your fall is shaping up, and we can
move on from there.
