Today was the best day at school yet. First of all, it started a bit later because we had Tutoria, and the professor of that said we didn't have to go ever. Ha ha. So Fridays start at 9:30. This meant I didn't shower (well... do I ever really need to?) but got to talk to my wonderful friend Fillippe online, as he was about to go to bed and I had just woken up. Crazy! I wasn't completely lost in Geography and understood most of Language and Lit. In fact, every day it gets easier to understand my classes. I personally am not very sure how much my Spanish has improved, but I know I can understand a ton more. Also, I got invited to go out with some friends from school tonight to a pub called 'Pop Music.' I'm getting to know the people at school better and am more comfortable being myself with them, which is cool. Everyone in my classes is pretty cool. There's this one kid in my Geography class that likes Good Charlotte and Blink 182 and stuff, so I use my knowledge from Par to talk with him. Thanks, Par. Your love for bad music has done me some good. I mean, what? I think I'm going to recommend some real music to him, like Mars Volta and Coheed. And this guy named Pablo sat next to me yesterday and helped me in Geography. I don't know if that's because his seat taken or if he wanted to get to know me. Ha ha. I like theatre class. We're doing exercises right now where we don't have to talk, luckily. Improv would be pretty hard. My host mom is really cool. She told me if I didn't have enough money for something just to ask her. Although I don't want to take her up on that, I thought that was really cool. and She always asks how my day was and if I like the food we're eating and whatnot. I want to buy a little diary where I can write thoughts down in Spanish. I go on the computer to do college stuff, and wind up talking to people, which is not very good. Dude, I've noticed my English has gotten a lot simpler when I update. Yikes.
