Talk about feeling strangely confident in my abilities! The last 24 hours has brought solicitation for a job I didn't even apply for, a realization I'm close to my degree than I thought (but still likely needing to take an extra semester), an offer to write for a really cool genderblog (belowthebelt.org) I've been admiring (that I was confident didn't/wouldn't like my writing sample) and a conversation with my boss in which I was assured i was wanted as long as I could work at the OTT, plus being encouraged to take this second job if I can dillute my schoolwork enough.

Plus, an anxiety attack that stopped dead in its tracks when it hung out with Julie and drank a few glasses of wine, and eating habits that are starting to return and crave things like ginger tea and samosas. mmmm. samosas.

maybe april was just a (partially) bad month?
