It has been Far Too Long since I've posted something here; The Novel, Real Life™, and trolling participating in civil, reasoned discussion on Facebook have kept me away.
Sorry excuses all, to be sure.
The Novel has been shopped to a few agents now, but no bites so far; I'm getting responses to the effect of "It's very well-written, but I don't think I can sell it." There is a bit of revising going on in an attempt to add a bit MOAR PERIL for our Plucky Young Heroine to deal with, and we'll see how things proceed from there.
