That Went Well.
OKAY. Ishi called this morning and I talked to Dad and everything went okay. It was only two of his fingers and he was well enough to describe to me what happened in true Greenman fashion. Hooray gory details and laughing! If he's well enough to do that it's okay, and he had finished his sample order of earrings for Ralph and it usually takes them two months to get the orders and send out new ones so he does have a recovery period, Ishi and our older Stepsister can help with jewelry besides that and Dad'll finally get to go on hikes again and take a wee vacation. He may not have a fingernail on one finger >__O but in retrospect that's not so bad knock on wood.
Apparently while he was at the hospital he kept reaching with his good hand to help the surgeon with the needles and stuff as a compulsion and they had to restrain him 8I Just his hand.
Ishi's still a bit shaken but she's doing better too ;___; Poor little thing.
