and only I have proved me wrong [Cameron]

After they got settled in at the inn (it wasn't the nicest place Donna had ever stayed, but it wasn't the nastiest, either--so long as there weren't bodies, anyway), Donna spent her time regrouping and quietly trying to figure out what the hell she's doing here, and planning, and...

It's nice to think it will be temporary. It's practical to think that it won't be.

So they're going for a walk. Donna hasn't said anything to Cameron yet, but she's aware of the fact most of the town is dead, and that outside the town, it's all that and worse...well, a lot of people don't need their houses any more. If they're going to be staying here longer than they thought...maybe it's not a bad idea to figure out some other accomodation. That's what has her wandering through the suburbs of Hell, glancing at empty-but-furnished houses.

It's nice to think she's just restless. It's practical to think she's planning ahead.
