I swear, no more

But I just have to say, iTunes. ♥ If you don't know what it's about, you don't care; if you do know what it's about, you should be excited; and I promise I'll behave now. XD;

We had a punctuation test this morning. You'd expect me to do brilliantly, right? You'd be well-validated in that assumption. The test was actually pretty difficult. Some of the sentences to be corrected were very strangely constructed. That's why I hate editing other people's work; I wouldn't write sentences like that, thus the bizarre circumstances that require strange punctuation would never occur. All of this is really just to justify that I missed 5 out of 25, which means I got an 80. Because I was the last person to finish-you could leave class once you did-she told me that I still had the highest score. She probably thought I'd be devastated by the 80 otherwise, and she probably would have been correct. xD; I still don't agree that "orange rain suit" is correct. She didn't mark me off for putting a hyphen between "rain" and "suit," but I think it's necessary. Otherwise "orange" is an adjective modifying "rain." I don't get out as often as some, but I'm pretty sure rain isn't orange. :l

I stopped by the Financial Aid office to drop off my paperwork. I'm hoping for a lot of extra money from them next semester. I want a laptop. ♥ Do you think I could throw my weight around a little? Like, threaten to go to another college. I should do that. Anyways, I already have a...broker I guess, since I invest my leftover money from this semester in CDs. (A certificate of deposit, not a compact disc. xD;) Financial stuff is pretty scary to me, but I wanted to make some interest off of the money. The notion of CDs is that they yield high interest, but you're essentially locked into the investment for a set period of time, during which you can't access your money. It's basically perfect for how I want to make use of my money.

I also went and saw my C teacher to clear up a few things about the assignment. I probably scared him by having it mostly done before we got into it in class. XD; But that's okay. What was not, was math. We all-my teacher included-did terrible today. :x My teacher actually did a problem incorrectly in an example; he was embarrassed and thus redid the whole thing, even though it was easy to see what needed to be changed. (If you really care, he used 0 for the degree of a negative number instead of π, while writing it in complex form.) I also screwed up a couple times. Which is hilarious, because we were doing very basic math. xD;

I had to debate with myself whether or not to go into C tonight, since I've more or less finished the assignment and know everything I need to know. I decided to go in anyways, because it just felt wrong not to. D: He knew that I had finished the assignment, so about halfway through, he asked me first if I had been paying attention. I told him no, so he said to pretend I did. If I had, he asked, did I think that if had taught us enough to finish the assignment. I said no, that we still needed to do multiple subscripted arrays, and he staggered back. xD; And then he pushed the due date back, which was cool for everyone else.

And now I want to play CoM. But also give the internet love ♥ I'm torn. I wish I didn't have to write that paper. ._.; Maybe I'll just turn in a final draft, instead of getting feedback from a first draft. I hate writing deadlines. Hate picking my own topic! ggjgdslgdfl ;_;
