...it is such a good day.. i think i will post! =o)
so i have been waiting for about 1.5-2 months for my loan to go through for school.. well.. guess what.. today i went into my financial aid office and.. well.. still no check! *good times* so i walked outside and sat at the bench with my friends and guess what! crazy financial aid lady finds me outside and yells for me to come to her.. of coarse i got excited and ran over -lol- as she said "i gooooooot itttttttttt" (like i said.. she's crazy.. she sings when she talks sometimes) so i got my check. *yayayayayayay* now i need to figgure out a budget so i know how little i can work. wo0
next good thing, as silly as it may sound... i got my own gown today! lol yayayay i have been practicing sterile technique for the past 3 weeks and now i finally get to start donning my gown and gloves on a daily basis =oP i smuggled a pair of sterile gloves from school so i get to practice scrubbing, gowning, and gloving tonight! as dorky as it is.. i love it. lol i love my field!!
finally, i have a love/hate relationship with the parking space i bought.. i love it when *i* get to park in it, lol. i hate it when i don't *shrugs* simple enough.. well tonight some jerk parked in it.. i got home around 7pm and left a note on it as per usual... welllllll when i left to go somewhere at 1030 it was still parked there.. so i called the towing company.. -the reason i hadn't called it earlier is because i hate them. i have called numerous times and nobody ever comes out. they're "too busy" or "need a security guard to call it in"- well when i called tonight she said "the security guard needs to call... standard procedure" well when i got back to the apt i called again and said that there was not a security guard there tonight so she spoke with her mgr and she said it was okay to take my calls directly from now on. *YaY* so this was at 11pm and by 1215 a tow truck was calling me for the gate code.. let me just say " I AM SO HAPPY I HAVE FINALLY WON THIS BATTLE!" lol i have called like 5 times in the past year and a half i have lived here... this is the first time a car has been towed.. i am so happy...
--i sincerely hope i wake up to some jerk screaming "WTF IS MY CAAAAAAAAAAAAR" it will make my tomorrow just as wonderful as my today!
