Am extremely tired, so will keep this short, sweet and simple.
THANK YOU to everyone who wished me well for the interview. It went fantastically. Really. It probably could not have gone better - despite my nerves! I have to go back tomorrow for an "observation day" which is where I get to follow one of the staff around for a couple of hours and see how they operate etc. I feel that this is a good thing. So yes, I have to be there by 8.15 tomorrow morning though. Not pleasant, but I must make a good impression!
Youth = good. Everything seemingly fell into place. Welcome booklets got done, rally permission slips got handed out, I managed to get the video done on time. Michael managed to get his video done on time. Small groups went well.
So tired though. I still find it funny how I put on my "youth" hat despite tiredness/grumpiness/crankiness during the day.
Finally: HAPPY V-DAY TO THOSE WHO ARE CELEBRATING and to those who are NOT celebrating, remember, valentine's day is just a commercialised holiday to make singles feel bad about single-hood.
