happy birthday MOM!
its my mom's birthday today. i should call her, seeing as how i didn't remember to get her a card. oops. The Hocking Hills trip was a lot of fun. it was so good to be in a youth-groupy atmosphere again. the travel time sucked but it was worth it to be there.
I started my last term of theatre slave work yesterday. We are organizing all of the costume pieces in storage, putting tags on all of them with codes and numbers and descriptions and then we are going to enter it all into a database so that we actually know what we have. its a good idea but it's taking forever. yesterday we worked on men's shirts for 6 hours. needless to say, we have a lot of stuff.
misty has gone to tennesse with her family for the week so i have the apt to myself. it hasn't been to bad so far, but i'll probably get lonely and reclusive later in the week so you should call and make sure i'm still alive if you don't get any more updates from me, cus she took her laptop so i have no internet in the apt currently. its ok though, i'll call UPS today and get the box sent over at a time when someone's actually there.
gahh theres a bunch of new students running around cus we have freshmen orientation like every week. they all come running into the computer lab all freaking out cus they don;'t know how to log onto the system. well stupid, thats cus you don't actually go here yet. GO AWAY!!!! grr, i hope i wasn't this annoying when i was a new student. man i'm old.
