dude....Shakespeare does suck balls. And this is coming from an English major. All his plays are the same...and I despise the way we read plays, too.

i wasn't saying that he sucks. i like his plays. i just think the original idea behind them was performance, not a bunch of students sitting in a room reading them out of an 80 dollar book that you resell for 2.50

We read other playwrights in my english classes.

Also, some english nerds will want to debate whether or not Shakespeare actually wrote the plays accredited to him.

yeah, i ESPECIALLY hate those people. some people think they were by marlowe (nice try but he was killed in a bar fight before most of them were written) or by this lord edward guy. cus obviously some bum from stratford wasn't smart enough to talk about all the places and details mentioned in his plays. whatever. theyre just jealous.
