It's only been almost a month..
What could possibly be new? Well not much really....but as far as school goes, it seems that high school actually kicked in 3 years too late....all of a sudden I have lots of work but its okay cuz i'm good with time management by getting my assignments done early if not the day they are assigned...it's just tough to crack down on my hw right after school when all i wanna do is relax before I go to work at 4 but hey I like my paychecks...
I got my report card for 1st marking period and lets just say that I would like to have more A's than B+s.....of course the B's was an 89 in chem....and an 88.something in english....I almost got a C in math but I brought that up t a B-..which isnt bad considering I literally averaged a 64 {failing} on every quiz...lets just say that my GPA will go down to a B if these grades continue....I'll just have to work a little harder....just a little bit...
Speaking of work....I work so much it's sickening...I am going to have to cut back on my hours during the week so that I can go to the gym more than once a week...especially during the winter when I gain 100000 pounds....but thats besides the point....i'm actually eating healthier than I'm used to...I can't help it if I'm always hungry...:-(..it's tough being a girl what can I say?
I was up early all weekend...yesterday I was up at 5:50 to go to connecticut to visit Quinnipiac...it was a nice school but seemed kinda boring...there wasnt much going on in the town around it besides some stores that I have around here by my house and Chilli's and TGIFridays....borrrrring.....of course our tour was at 11:00 in the morning and no one is up at that hour but still..its tough to see how a school is when no one's around...I'm going to consider it probably as a backup because it's not hard to get into at all........the only problem is I'm not 100% positive i'll be able to handle all these science and math classes i'll have to take....for some reason I didn't get the impression that i had to take this many classes at UMD...maybe I just wasn't told everything at UMD....who knows?
I hate how I work every weekend and how no one is around and theres no where to go at a 9:00 on a friday night especially when your friends dont drive....but this past friday I actually had a life...a bunch of kids from work and I went to applebees at 10 and then I drove around with these 2 of my guy friends....I wasn't supposed to be driving around after applebees especially with 2 boys but it was okay....even if we sat in starbucks at midnight chatting....I enjoyed every minute of fearing my life in the backseat....and dancing to Will Smith's "Big Willie Style"...
I worked today from 9-330...i'm so used to going in at 330 and working til 9 but its nice to be home early.....I just hate waking up early....so now i'm exhausted and i'm gunna go shower....
P.S. I can't believe it actaully snowed....more to come this week....yes!!!!! Snow days/snow delays......what could possibly be better?
