Goddamn earth-tremor!
I was having a nap in bed around 9pm (I sleep at odd hours -- and I'll be awake until like, 3am now) when I was awoken by a seriously awesome tremor!
I hadn't felt one before, neither had Mum, and it was pretty exciting. Took me a good while to figure out what was going on though. At first I thought it was a huge truck driving past -- until I remembered that I lived in a court.
Then I thought it was my sister shaking my bed, but when I opened my eyes and couldn't see her, it suddenly became "OMG awesome!tremor". Internet says it measured a 4.5 of the Richter Scale :| Pretty hilarious
Go Victoria! Where you're not getting bushfires, you're getting earthquakes.
