"Japan Original Musical Movie"
Some rather big news that's sure to have Abe even busier than usual...
On his birthday, this past Saturday, he announced that the "big baby" he's been working on so secretly for the past however-long-it's-been...is actually an original musical movie that's being called "Japan Original Musical Movie." :P
I'm not clear on exactly what work Abe's doing on this, if he's writing the script (I feel like maybe he is, from comments he's made before) or acting in it or both, but whatever the case, it's a huge project and one he seems really excited about doing.
The official site for the project is here, though there's not much up yet--Abe says in his entry on the subject that it'll be updated gradually. Also, he's putting all news related to the project on his Big Baby Blog, found here and syndicated at bigbabyblog.
At the end of his entry, he asks for everyone to please support him in this to the highest degree possible, so...let's do that, then, shall we. :D
In other news, the show "258," starring Abe, Naoya, and the guy who plays Long in Gekirangers whose name I've sadly forgotten, will be starting next Tuesday (5/27) and running until the following Sunday, June 1st.
