Another chapter! Tonight, I will be going to the theaters to see "Vampires Suck". Hopefully it will be a good movie. Well, it is a parody so it should be amusing to watch.
-So far, Risa has met Sakurai Sho and Aiba Masaki. They both have given her great advice about how to be an artist. What will happen when she meets the quiet and tired looking, Ohno Satoshi?

Chapter 3- Encountering Ohno Satoshi
“Otosan! Why do I have to appear on that show? You know that emcee creeps me out! Sometimes he harasses me when I’m in the cafeteria eating my lunch. When he sees me, he won’t stop talking to me and when I want to leave, he complains to people that I hate him. Then they start bully me. Please let me go on another show.” Risa begged her father.
They were walking towards the studios in the TV station. Risa’s father wanted her to promote her new song on a popular TV show at the station but Risa didn’t want to because of the emcee. As they walked, Risa was begging her father until he stopped walking. Risa bumped into him and smiled. “Otosan, so…” Before she could finish her sentence, her father started to talk to someone else.
“Hajimemashite, Ohno-san. I’m really happy to see you here. Are you here to promote your new single?” Her father asked. Risa looked past her father and saw Ohno Satoshi and his manager in front of them. Risa gasped quietly and smiled. She didn’t expect to see another Arashi member in front of her face.
“Hajimemashite. Please treat me well.” Ohno said with a pleasant smile and then bowed his head. Risa’s father smiled and walked around Ohno. Meanwhile, Risa was standing in front of Ohno.
Ohno lift his head to see Risa in front of him. He widened his eyes and bowed his head again. Risa smiled and bowed her head back. “Hajimemashite, I’m Kitano Risa. I have to apologize for my father. He prefers Sakurai Sho-san out of your group. But personally I’m a fan of yours.” Ohno giggled and nodded his head. “I can understand why.” Risa tried to hide her face from Ohno. Her face was bright red because she admires Ohno.
Ever since she talked with Aiba, she began to fawn over Arashi as a whole. She bought all the dramas, movies and TV shows that Arashi were in. As she watched everything they were in or on, she was particularly interested in Ohno Satoshi. He was a mysterious yet gentle guy. She loved his singing and was mesmerized by his dance moves in concerts.
Risa giggled and widened her eyes. She forgot that she was pleading to her father to change the TV show appearance. Risa smacked her left hand in her right palm and started to catch up with her father. As she ran, she looked back and waved good-bye to Ohno. Ohno smiled and waved back to her.
“Ohno-san.” His manager called out to him. He looked at him and nodded his head. As he quietly walked behind his manager, Ohno smiled and started to chuckle to himself.
Risa ran to catch up with her father who was standing in front of the elevator. “Disappointed that you didn’t get to see Sakurai Sho-san, otosan?” Risa began to tease her old man. She knew that her father is obsess with Sho and wouldn’t mind adopting him into their family. Risa also believes that he likes Sho more than herself.
The elevator doors opened and they stepped inside. “You know, I apologized to Ohno-san. He looked a bit sad when you just walked off like that…” Risa said as she folded her arms. Her father stayed silent in the elevator. Then a smirk appeared on her face.
“You know, otosan. I met Sakurai-san at the recording studio. We chatted about a lot of things and we even exchanged numbers too.” Risa said as she tried to hide her grin from her father.
Her father glanced at Risa and then stared at the elevator numbers. “You know, I could give you his number…” Then all of a sudden, her father pulled out his cell phone and grabbed Risa’s hand.
Risa looked at her father and he looked like he was a little puppy abandon by its owners. Risa was surprised that her father would actually beg on his knees in front of her, if she had told him that was her condition to get Sho's number. But she had another idea on her mind, Risa’s smirk appeared on her face and whispered to her father. “But on one condition, you will let me appear on a different TV show.”
Risa’s father sighed and gave in. She smiled and giggled as she gave Sho’s number to her father.
After Risa gave Sho’s number to her father, she decided to stop by the cafeteria to grab some food. She noticed that the cafeteria was empty. Usually it would be packed with people but she knew most of the staff went out for lunch. There was a new restaurant that recently opened near the TV station. Risa wanted to check it out but she knew she was going to be swarm but the employees that worked in the building.
Risa sighed as she grabbed a food tray. “Obaasan, I’ll take curry today.” She said to the lunch lady. The lunch lady smiled at her and handed Risa a plate of warm and fresh curry. Risa smiled and walked towards the tables. She picked a spot near the windows. She always likes to eat near a window while looking out into the distance of Tokyo. She can enjoy the beautiful view while eating something delicious. Her favorite time of the day was always lunch-time.
“Ah, is that good?” Risa turned to her head to see Ohno smiling at her. Risa jumped up and nodded her head quickly. She was startled that Ohno suddenly came up to her. Risa grabbed her drink and began to drink. She almost chocked on her curry and her heart began to beat faster.“Yeah but I think I just lost my appetite...” Risa muttered. Ohno chuckled and looked at his manager who was behind him. “Can you get me the same thing she has?” His manager nodded to him and quickly left to get a plate of curry for him.
Ohno sat in the chair across from her. Risa started to sweat because her favorite member out of Arashi was sitting across from her. Risa slowly picked up her spoon and ate some of her curry. Meanwhile, Ohno was staring at her as she ate.
“Ano…” Risa wanted to start a conversation. She was placed in an awkward situation because she told him that she considered him as her favorite member.
“I saw your new music video and I must say that your dancing was flawless.” Risa said with a smile as she looked at Ohno. Ohno smiled back and placed his arms on the table. “Really? I’m glad to hear that.”
Risa started to get nervous. She thought Ohno was an angel with his flawless moves and beautiful singing. She wanted to scream and run away but then she would embarrass herself in front of him. Especially since he knows that the owner of the TV station is her father. She started to consider that Ohno might blackmail her and her father, if does Risa lose her cool. Risa started to get light-headed with thinking about the consequences.
“Um, I heard that you’re releasing a song. I hope it will become a hit.” Ohno said as he looked at his manager coming back with his plate of curry. Ohno smiled as his plate was placed in front of him. He grabbed a spoon and scooped up a spoonful of curry and rice.
“Do you come visit here often?” Risa asked Ohno after he swallowed some of his curry. Ohno looked up at her and nodded his head. “I only come here if I have to promote and that’s it. I’m usually busy with other things.” Risa nodded her head slowly.
“Ah, I don’t know if it’s okay but can I ask you a question?” Risa asked him. Ohno smiled and nodded his head. “Um, I’m taking dance lessons for a music video that I’m going to shoot. I’m not good at dancing, but is there a way I can dance better? Like do you do a special warm-up before you dance?”
Risa doesn’t have any confidence at all. Ever since she was in high school, she was all alone and people picked on her because of it. When she tried to do something right, it turns out that what she did was wrong. She lost her confidence because of her past. That’s why she has always sought help from others.
Ohno shook his head and drank some of his tea before he talked. “I’ve been dancing since I was around 12 years old. Dancing comes naturally to me so if you practice everyday then you’ll be able to master your dance steps.” Risa smiled and bowed her head to him. “Arigato.” Risa was still smiling and Ohno was completely stunned. He didn’t know what to say next.
“Ah, I should ask you to listen to my song too. I don’t know if it’s good or not. My father wants me to debut but I’m scared of what people will think. Do you mind listening to my song?” Risa asked. Ohno nodded his head again and took another bite of his curry.
Risa grabbed her iPod out from her purse and handed Ohno the earphones. Then Ohno popped them in his ear and Risa began to play the song on her iPod.
Ohno closed his eyes as he listened to her song. As Ohno listened to her song, he was captivated by her voice. The music was beautifully arranged; you could hear the violins and piano playing passionately. It felt like you were at a beach with your long lost love. Those feelings of love and happiness are constantly talked about in the lyrics of the song.
When the song ended, Ohno opened his eyes and started to stare at Risa. He was shocked that this song was perfect with her voice. He was enchanted by her ability to sing that well.
“So.. Do you like it?” Risa asked him. Ohno stayed quiet, he was too shock to say anything. Risa bit her lip and started to scratch her head. “You know, I was thinking about not releasing this song..” Ohno shook his head and handed back to her the iPod.
“I think your song is amazing. Did you write that song?” Ohno asked her. Risa chuckled and smiled. “Yeah, I wrote it. It’s based on my parents’ love for each other.” Ohno smiled and quickly finished his curry. “If you need any advice with your singing or dancing, just let me know.” He smiled and got up. “Arigato.” Risa gigged and bowed her head.
Ohno smiled as he walked away. He couldn’t believe that an amazing girl was in front of him. He thought she was the perfect girl for him. She's pretty, can sing well and talkative. Ohno started to plan on how to meet her again. He wanted to be beside her until he found enough courage to confess to her.
