Chapter 5-The Hero, The Truth and The Past
Sayaka ran into the water. She swam to the place where she saw the boy's arm. She went underwater and grab the little boy. He was unconscious and swam back to shore to do CPR. NEWS came over with other people and notice that she was trying to save the little boy.
"Sayaka-chan! What's going on?" Massu asked. Sayaka looked up at them and said. "Get an ambulance. This boy needs to go to the hospital now!" The members were staring at her in a daze. "Hurry!" Sayaka shouted, as she was doing CPR. "1,2,3,4,5..." Sayaka said out loud, hoping that the little boy won't die on her.
Cough. Cough.
The little boy woke up and spat water out. "Yatta!" Everyone around her said. Sayaka smiled and said. "Ah.. What a relief." The sound of an ambulance came and Koyama grab a towel to wrap over Sayaka. The crowd had follow the boy who was walking to the ambulance truck and Sayaka and NEWS were left by themselves.
"Sayaka-chan, I thought you said you couldn't swim..." Ryo asked. Sayaka pulled tighter on the towel and didn't say anything. "Sayaka-chan, we know you're hiding something. Spit it out now." Yamapi demanded. Sayaka was taking aback from Yamapi's sentence. She couldn't keep it in herself any long. She had to reveal her nightmare to them.
"It's a long story... It started when I was 18 years old. I just graduated high school and was excited for university. Some of my friends invited me to go for a barbecue party on a beach. We would swim, play and then have dinner. The day was great, it was a nice sunny day for us to have fun, just like today. Not until after dinner, when my friend wanted to swim. He dove into the water and then 10 minutes later, I notice his body floating on top of the water. I quickly swam into the water along with some of my friends. They had carried him to the shore where I did CPR, since I was the only one with a license. I tried my best but....." Sayaka said and suddenly started to cry. NEWS was standing still, as she was sobbing loudly. Sayaka huddled into a little ball and cried until her eyes were red and swollen.
The NEWS members started to pack up. Sayaka was still on the beach, looking out into the water. They felt so bad for taking her to a place she didn't really want to go. During dinner time, Sayaka was still sitting on the beach, like a lifeless statue. She didn't want to eat or do anything. The haunting memories just left her still.

Sayaka and NEWS were in the van. No one made any sounds or noises. They were worried if Sayaka might want to quit because of what had happen today. Meanwhile, Sayaka was sitting and staring out into the window. She became fragile and unaware of anything around her. Her personality changed into a hard-working and smart person to a lifeless and emotional person.
"Sayaka-chan, it's going to be late when we get back. Do you want me to drop you off at your house?" Yamapi gave glances to her.
Sayaka shook her head. "It's okay. I have to go to the building to do some filing." She smiled and checked her cell phone. While she was thinking about her pasts, she didn't notice if any had sent her a message or had called her.
Sayaka flipped her phone open and saw there was a message from Yuki. "Ganbatte ne! ^_^" Sayaka smiled and then Sayaka yawned. She got tired from the day at the beach. She rest her head on the seat and fell asleep. Hoping that everything will be back to normal.
