UPDATE TIME!!! It smells like....updates....mmmmm.
Rolling along...things are rolling along. Been back at UMBC for a week now. Alot of things are the same, and alot of things are different. But different for the better. Our new room set up is pretty sweet. Well I shouldn't say new set up...it's still the same, we just have lots of additions. A huge flat screen tv, a much better sound system, and lots of other little thigns like new lamps for the common room.
I realized the other day that this first week back at UMBC has been more action-packed than last semester. Which is great, but I hope it doesn't just mean that things only can get worse. This week I have: celebrated my 21st birthday with all the kick ass UMBC kids...been to 2 bars and had free drinks both nights...almost been kicked out of a bowling alley(I had a beer and even though I am indeed 21 I look like I'm 18, so they thought they had me. Hah, fools)...almost been busted by the Sus community director...and had a bunch of other good times. It's good to be back.
Classes are going good. I have my first homework assignment due tomorrow. Linear algebra is looking to be my toughest class. My 2 information system courses seem like they will be easy enough...they will take effort but it will be manageable. Accounting will be lots of work also, but it should be no problem to get a B. And finally, music theory, which is supposedly the easiest class offered here...that speaks for itself. Oh, and I forgot about WWII. Interesting class, but also it looks like it will require a good amount of effort on my part. So if I get too bogged down by classes come midterm time, I'll say bye to WWII.
