Look, there's pictures at the end :D

So, Monday, it turned out the ferrets had totally grossed up their cage, and when I pulled away the food dish, there were nasty bug things all in the food mess (the dish had been tied to the cage so they wouldn't flip it, and the nasty was under the dish). Also, the cage has been becoming dilapidated due to slowly losing the clips holding it together, so when I untied the dish, the structural integrity of the cage became even worse, and it started to collapse. So, that on top of the fact that there were a thousand nasty bug things, we went to get a new cage, and put all three ferrets up in the top away from the nasty till we got back and put it together.

Before putting it together, we went swimming and met up with Gina, Desiree and their kids at the pool. After that, Teddy and I got showers, and then we put the ferret cage together and transferred them to the new cage, and disposed of the old one. So, 250 dollars I don't really have right now later, the ferrets have a new cage, new food dishes, new beds, and new water bottles. (I wanted to get rid of everything after finding the bugs. I hate bugs. Plus, they really needed new stuff.) They are happy, so that's good at least.

Afterwards, we didn't have time for shopping, so we just went to eat, and then came back home and made a cake for the 4th of July and did homework.

The 4th, we cooked and did homework and finished season one of Tsubasa Chronicle. After completing it, we decided it didn't seem done, so we looked it up, and lo and behold, season 2 is in progress. I downloaded up to 35 and the movie. Hopefully they're dub 36 soon. It aired a few days ago, and the site I get them from is pretty fast about releasing the new ones. (the June 24th ep was up on June 27.)

Today, I went out and bought an omiyage for Takabatake-sensee cause tomorrow is the party at her house. I spent like a year wrapping it cause Japanese people are all about wrapping paper. (However, most of this year was spent trying to use packing tape, getting pissed, giving up and then trying to use double sided tape. Then, I discover I suck at making pretty scrunched tissue paper, so instead, I covered the top of the gift bag with an immense tissue paper crane. Doing origami with tissue paper is fucking hard. I seriosuly spent longer wrapping this than on my HW. (I hardly have any today since we have the party tomorrow...)

Look at my wonderful effort (you can even read my Japanese in the one picture, kind of... it's really small):

And look at how fucking huge Tigger is (that's a PS2 game laid beside him for reference):

And finally, this is from Teddy's birthday. Isn't he cute!?:
