all the riches, baby...
yeah i know, i don't update this anymore. sad. but my new year's resolution is to update more! ok...
some interesting stories that have happened since November:
1) i am finally legal, bitches! i turned 18 on november 21st... justin, george and shelley came down to sd to visit me. justin made me a cd of songs that mean a lot to us, and he got me a squishy heart pillow and a gift certificate to victoria's secret (more like a present to himself, but hey... haha). george and shelley got me a lotto ticket (i didn't win), cigs and porn. it was a great birthday, the first night we threw a party in my room. the second night we went to joe's crab shack and we were debating whether or not to go to TJ or a sigma chi party... but we all were so tired that we ended up going to sleep anyway. on sunday morning (my actual birthday), i woke up with the hugest headache of all time. my throat hurt so bad, i felt like i wanted to throw up... it was bad. which leads me to my next story...
2) i have the plague. yes, the bubonic plague. i've been sick 7 times since september... that's twice a month. i don't know what's wrong with me. some people say it might have to do with drinking alcohol... i'm not like an alcoholic or anything, but basically every time i drink i get really sick with a cold or the flu or some other god awful thing. i think i never got over my first cold, and every time i drink it brings all the symptoms back. but trust me, it gets really old being an invalid every other week. i thought that it had to do with all the germs floating around in the dorms, but i've been home for 3 weeks and i'm still sick. but my birthday sickness was the worst of them all. i didn't get out of my bed for 3 days. i had a raging fever of 103, so i went o the doctor. he thought i had strep throat so he took a swab culture and told me to bring it upstairs to the lab. as i was walking up the stairs, my ears were ringing, my vision was blurry, and i could barely move my legs. i told a nurse that was passing by that i really needed to lie down, and then i collapsed. it turned out that because my throat was hurting so bad that i couldn't eat or drink, i was really dehydrated. they hooked me up to an IV, and i had to lay there for 3 hours with this thing draining into my arm. then the doctor came back and said that i didn't have strep throat, so he tested me for mono, and it wasn't that so he concluded that it was just the flu. but i was sick for a week after. just my luck.
3) i’m home now, but i really miss san diego. don’t get me wrong, i like being home and everything, but i just want to be able to do whatever i want and live with my friends. i miss my dorm room, i miss my roomie, i miss my neighbors… speaking of which, i have some funny pics with my next door neighbor… during finals week, i was bored so jenn, her sister jillian, jillian's friend erin and i decided to do our makeup all sluttly, dress up like whores and go on the roof for a photo shoot. (i think we were all inspired by the finale of america's next top model... which by the way was very disappointing because amanda, the most beautiful woman in the world, got kicked off. is anyone else angry about that?) and the funny thing is that we weren't even drunk. it was all sober insanity haha...

i don't think i've ever worn that much ugly makeup in my life! haha
4) my grades are kick ass. 3 A-‘s, a B+ and a C+, which amounts to a 3.34. i love how i didn’t really put out any effort, missed a lot of classes, and pulled out a great start to my college career. aren’t you jealous.
5)santa was good to me this year. despite the fact that it didn’t really quite feel like Christmas this year, i made out with the best presents ever. a new stereo for my car, a pair of sevens jeans, a new purse, gift cards, money...
6) new year’s eve was really fun. at least, the part that i remember.
7) break isn't over yet! i have 2 weeks left, which comes to a grand total of 5 weeks off! i just love the semester system... aww, sucks for all you guys who went back last monday or start this monday.
and the best story for last…
8) as of January 3rd, JUSTIN AND I HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 1 YEAR!! happy anniversary, baby :)
