In persuit of learning
I'm posting this from my geology class. Have I said recently how much I enjoy learning? We're talking about sedimentary layers and how they got there; by what natural forces. I now have this itching urge to be out in the mountains in Kentucky and some sandstone valleys in Ohio. I just want climb on the rocks. I want to put my hand on the rocks and know that I'm touching something that is hundreds of millions of years old; to climb up a hundred feet and know that the rocks a hundred feet up from the ground could be up to 5 million years younger than those at the bottom.
