(no subject)
Ok, so im on isla mujeres now. its a little island about 25km off the coast from cancun. its nice. i thnk i might get my PADI open water diving certificatin here. Hah! take that asthma. Its nice here, it has way less tourism than cancun, as theres no giant resorts. I was in cancun for all of an hour,and i didnt go to the hotel zone at all.
I was in piste for a couple days, saw chichen itza, which was, ok, but I like palenque more, and Uxmal too.. and teotehuacan. Ok, chichen itza is on the bottom of the list. its impressive, but its mobbed with people, mainly tour groups from cancun, and they have everything roped off, so you cant climb anything. I took some pictures, and tried to make them different from the standard ruins photography. as always, theyre available at:
