so, in an effort to save time, from now on I will cross-post between here and myspace
im in merida right now. theres an accent on that first e, but im not gonna bother. its on the yucatan peninsula. i somehow got suckered into going on a cenote tour mere minutes after checking into this hostel yesterday. it was definitely worth it though. did some snorkeling in said cenotes, and had a delicious meal afterwards. cenotes are cool. freakishly cool. i dont remember what their names were. it doesn really matter anyways, theres apparently thousands in the yucatan. the first one was 12 meters deep and, and supposedly at the bottom went horizontally for another 200 meters. i do know the water was exceptionally blue and clear.
