(no subject)
I have decided that me and Bo will be going with Robert.
He leaves for boot camp May 6, so he should be graduating around July 15th or so.
Richard is staying to rent the house, but decided that he couldn't go it alone and asked my little brother if he would be interested in renting with him. (which includes my sister-in-law and their baby that will be born tomorrow sometime)
Anyhow, so I'm in a better mood knowing that my little brother will take care of the place better than I tried.
I am starting the process of going through the whole house and throwing away what needs to be thrown away and putting the rest in a sale pile for a garage sale in the near future (minus Bo's things and our necessities). I brought boxes home yesterday for my husband to put his "keep" stuff in so that I don't throw or sell the wrong thing away.
I've talked him into selling the military hats, all but 15 of his G.I. Joes, his uniforms and all our collectibles. We won't be needing them and there is no sense in paying for storage for who knows how many years. So, I get to start over with a fresh pallet. Maybe for once I will have a semi themed living room and not so many dust catchers. Oh.. and the biggie... a kitchen table!!!! :D
Also, if I'm able to raise enough money from the sale to get my debt paid off enough (yes, all proceeds go to my debt) then I get to stay home and raise Bo. That is my goal.
I have to have the house done by the end of May because that is when my little brother's lease it up and they have to go somewhere. If we're to have them rent the house, they have to move in before I'm gone. Which means, me and Bo will be living in his room from the time they move in til the time we leave. No sense in them having to move their stuff twice when it's to help me out. I hope my bed fits in that room and I'm able to stack boxes to the ceiling. hehe Hopefully I'll have the garage sale before they move in. We're going to be cramped for awhile.

Oh, and if anyone knows, does the family go with the husband when they go to school for 7 months? If not, we're going to be crowded for a LONG time or me and Bo will move in at Grandmothers. hehe :D
