Ear Update
Well, we went to the specialist yesterday.
They tested his hearing... it's not good, but it's not bad. It would be as if you had stuck your fingers in your ears. That's how he hears things. Poor baby.
So, we go in Wednesday to have the tubes put in.
They can't tell me what time yet, as they do the tests according to age, youngest goes first.
He's not allowed to have ANYTHING from midnight til after his surgery.
That sucks in the biggest way. Thank goodness they take the youngest first. He's gonna really want that bottle at 6 a.m. He's going to be very pissed when I can't give it to him.
They say afterwards that there is a chance of puss and blood leaking out. Not looking forward to that. ANd I'll be docked the time I take off work since I have no days left. I'm hoping that his surgery goes well enough that daddy can keep him til he has to go to work and then drop him off with my brother for two hours til I get off.. that way I won't have to take the whole day. *crossing fingers*
They still can't tell me how much money I'll need. They need to figure it out so that I can try and come up with it. I hate being broke!
I still need to post pictures, but I keep forgetting them at home and my scanner at home is on the blitze. This one here at work, works much quicker as well.
I'll try and remember those pictures on Monday... Yeah... that'll happen. :D
